These are monthly community gatherings designed to foster deeper connection to self and others while receiving the potent medicine of cacao + plants in combination with a unique floating sound experience where you’ll enjoy the multidimensional healing frequencies of multiple gongs. The September edition of Cosmic Waves is a celebration of the upcoming Fall Equinox on September 22nd and will be an opportunity to honor the season shift and your current chapter amongst a loving group of humans.
You’ll be guided through the following:
Opening circle
Heart-opening cacao circle (enjoy a different blend each month featuring a variety of plant and floral infusions to support the current season + astrological energy)
Cleansing gong bath (using multiple gongs designed to clear and balance your nervous system + energy centers) while floating atop your own cozy mattress in the pool or on a mat beside the pool
Cosmic Campfire Ritual
Nourishing meal (Soup & Bread served) + closing circle + time to connect / socialize if desired
*Sharing is always optional, and you are welcome to share as little or as much as you feel comfortable doing so within the circle. All parts of you are welcome at these gatherings.
These monthly experiences will be limited in group size to foster intimacy.
What to bring: journal + pen if you'd like to reflect at any time during the event, comfortable clothes and additional items for coziness on your floating mattress (blanket, pillow, etc.) suggested; eye masks will be provided but you're welcome to bring your own. Your personal mattress will be provided for you to float in the pool if you’ve reserved a floating spot.
$75 per person for a float spot (14 spots available) / $65 for a poolside spot (5 spots available) ~ payment accepted via Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay to reserve your spot
