Cosmic Resonance offers sound healing, shamanic reiki (or a combination of the two), and an array of multidimensional sessions (tea ceremony, cacao ceremony, & sacred medicine journeys) at our in-home therapy space located in Mission Valley. The option to have a session in your home or another set location of your choice for private sessions is available if desired (additional travel fees apply for locations outside of San Diego).
Rates for signature individual offerings are listed below, but if you have something specific in mind that you’d like to receive or bring to life, Lindsey (founder of Cosmic Resonance) would love to work with you to make your vision possible by curating a unique and transformative healing experience.
1:1 SESSION pricing:
60-minute shamanic reiki session $125 - Your session will include a variety of reiki and shamanic-based energy healing techniques designed to help clear, restore, and balance your own energy to promote a greater sense of peace, relaxation, and harmony within your mind, body, and soul. *option to add tea or cacao meditation to begin (+$11.11)
60-minute akashic sound healing session $175 - Your session will be guided using a variety of instruments (crystal & Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, crystal harp, native flute, drums, shakers, etc.) and energy channeling to create a multidimensional sound experience designed to relax, restore, and realign your mind, body, and soul. *option to add tea or cacao meditation to begin (+$11.11)
90-minute shamanic reiki + sound healing session $225 - Your session begins with 30 minutes of balancing and clearing reiki followed by 60 minutes of transformative sound healing. Guided using a unique variety of instruments, you'll enjoy a multidimensional experience designed to relax, restore, and realign your mind, body, and soul. *option to tea or cacao meditation to begin (+$11.11)
90-minute cacao ceremony + akashic sound healing session $225 - Your session begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony (single-origin + ethically sourced from a women’s collective in Guatemala) followed by a channeled multidimensional and transformative sound healing. This pairing of cacao and sound is designed to root you deeply into your heart space and the medicine of yourself in a grounding healing experience to offer new insights, rejuvenation, and balance to your mind, body, and soul.
90-minute tea ceremony + akashic sound healing session $225 - Your session begins with a specially curated grounding tea ceremony (served traditionally using Living Tea blends + other sacred flowers) followed by a channeled multidimensional and transformative sound healing. This pairing of tea and sound is designed to root you deeply into the heart space and medicine of yourself in a relaxing healing experience to offer inspiration, restoration, and harmony to your mind, body, and soul.
*All sessions held in the Cosmic Resonance therapy space include copper-encased crystal light therapy + optional vibrational acoustic therapy.

SACRED MEDICINE JOURNEYS
1:1 journeys range from $333 to $666 based on medicine selections + length of session. Your journey will require a pre-session intake process and signed waiver to curate a safe and optimal healing experience and to allow for a properly informed choice of sacred medicine(s). Sound healing is included during these guided journeys as well as snacks or a home-cooked meal included at the close of our time together. A post-journey integration call will be scheduled for approximately two weeks after your session.
