Step into a quantum healing portal of wonder and transformation.

We’re gathering to honor the vibrant energy of the Leo Full Moon during the Sacred Garden Retreat ~ a time that illuminates creativity, courage, and heart-centered devotion. This retreat will be an opportunity to invite a deepening and reclamation of your power, authenticity, and expression to support a shift toward greater connection, clarity, and intentionality in your life. The Secret Garden Microdose Program begins the week after we return from the retreat, designed to support you through the final stretch of Winter as you emerge with Spring. If you are attending the Secret Garden Retreat, the Microdose program is intended to serve as additional integration support post-retreat, continuing to weave threads of embodiment. The closing celebration for The Microdose Program will be held on the Spring Equinox for a powerful Earth-supported anchoring of your growth and expansion.

Hosted by Whitney Yarnall + Lindsey Roach ~ The Secret Garden Retreat will be held at the magical Firefly Grove property in Bonsall, CA and the Secret Garden Microdose Program will be held via both in-person + zoom gatherings over the 7-week journey. We’re calling in a community of women to journey together, share space, lean on one another and our sacred medicine allies, and be witnessed and supported in our individual processes of surrender and alchemy.

What you can expect on Retreat:

  • restorative yoga practice

  • sound healing (+ a special pool float sound experience!)

  • somatic breathwork

  • guided medicine journey

  • grounding tea ceremony

  • heart-opening cacao ceremony

  • onsite animal interactions w/ mini horses, rabbits, goats & chickens

  • mini facials w/ Carlee Spath

  • nourishing meals prepared by Lindsey (with any dietary restrictions in mind)

  • a portal of authentic connection + bliss + play + expansion + healing in sacred sisterhood

  • plenty of trails, gardens, an orchard, and nooks to explore and relax on property along with a sauna, pool, and hot tub to luxuriate in with incredible views

  • optional add-on massage w/ Anabel of Funkshway Healing ($120/HR)

  • a full day for integration after the medicine journey

  • a preparation call before the retreat for introductions + additional support

  • an integration call with the group after the retreat for ongoing support

Arrival to Firefly Grove: Thursday, 1/21 beginning at 2PM + Departure from Firefly Grove: Sunday, 1/24 by 12PM

Minimum non-refundable deposit of $500 due upon booking + automatic recurring payments set up for the remaining balance owed on 10/1/26, 11/1/26, 12/1/26 & 1/1/27 dependent on when you book.

Investment: $899 / $699 for those attending the Secret Garden Retreat

What’s included:

  • Our specialty handcrafted Chrysalis microdose medicine (jar of 45 capsules) featuring a double blend of Earth medicine + rose powder + blue lotus powder + butterfly pea powder + ashwagandha + Lion’s Mane

  • Loving support from two facilitators serving Earth medicine humbly, in reverence - and who have forged their own deep experiential relationship with sacred plants & fungi over their 20+ years of journeying and connecting with them

What to expect:

  • A variety of supportive rituals and practices each week, including but not limited to somatic movement + tracking, breathwork, sound healing, cacao & tea ceremonies

  • An intimate circle of women who are interested in openness, authenticity, curiosity, accountability, and growth along with two facilitators who will firmly + tenderly guide you through the integration of your experiences over the 7 weeks we’re together

In the spaces we hold, metamorphosis unfolds just like nature, in its own time, with all the ingredients it needs - exactly as its meant. Like the mycelium network that nourishes the Earth, these sacred allies help us compost what no longer serves us, turning stagnation into fertile ground for transformation. They awaken awareness, dissolve blockages, and anchor us into a profound network of support, insight, and possibility. This program is a container designed to foster intimate community connection throughout the 7-week protocol because we believe some of the greatest healing happens when you are witnessed in your patterns and processing and met with nonjudgment, curiosity, and loving reflection.
