    Experience the potent sound medicine of multiple gongs in a session designed to initiate a recalibration of your mind, body & soul. Their waves of vibration facilitate movement of stagnant energy and release of stored trauma or emotional blockages, making them powerful tools that promote transformation beyond the cellular level.

    The multidimensional spectrum of harmonics produced by gongs help shift you into deep states of healing that can reset your nervous system and leave you feeling renewed.

  • COSMIC SOUND JOURNEY

    Experience an ethereal symphony of multiple instruments in an offering designed to nurture your mind, body & soul. The multidimensional sounds of crystal/tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, rainstick and other sound tools used during a session activate your body’s natural healing ability; ultimately restoring it to a more harmonious vibrational state.

    This session is a wonderful act of self-care that can provide deep relaxation, anxiety or stress relief, mood elevation and nervous system + energetic balance.

    (60 minutes) ~ 1:1 @ $175 [$50 per each additional person up to 4 / $375 flat fee for 5 to 12 people / $500 flat fee for groups over 12 people]

  • REIKI & SOUND HEALING

    This nourishing experience pairs the medicine of Usui Reiki and sound for a calming session designed to amplify their individual healing properties. Both energy practices promote relaxation, stress reduction and the flow and balance of energy; profoundly altering your mind, body & soul.

    Sound attunement will be provided throughout the session using a variety of healing instruments placed on or near the body (ranging from tuning forks, crystal/tibetan bowls, chimes, drum, rainstick + other sound healing tools).

Sessions at Sojourn include the option to add sacred blue lotus tea or cacao for $25 additional

Blue lotus flower is a water lily known for its medicinal and psychoactive properties; it’s considered a third eye activator and creates a relaxed euphoria.

Ethically-sourced blue lotus is steeped in water to extract its properties and infuse its naturally sweet taste in a beverage that can be enjoyed hot or cold. This plant medicine is offered alongside sessions to amplify the experience with this ancient plant’s wisdom.

Cacao is a heart-opening and expansive superfood medicine, filled with rich magnesium and antioxidants. Thought of as more valuable than gold by the Aztecs, cacao has been revered as sacred and used for ceremonial purposes for thousands of years.

A block of raw ceremonial cacao that has been cultivated by a women’s collective in Guatemala is melted in oat milk with honey and spices to create a warm beverage offered alongside sessions to aid in bringing us deeper into our heart space and into greater oneness with our authentic selves.

 *Not recommended for those who are pregnant or on medication to lower blood pressure / those with low blood pressure. Those taking SSRI’s or who are recovering addicts should either ingest very little or take caution in the amount ingested as it can induce headache or trigger an individual because of the nature of the alkaloids in the plants and their consciousness shifting potential.
